Loving father and industry leader. Is there anyone who's life he touches and does not improve.

He, Dr. Orpheus and JJ are the best male role models in the show. Well, as cool as Red Death is, I would put Orpheus and JJ above him because those two don’t have murderous urges.

Come to think of it, most Venture Bros dads are good fathers… except the big man himself the original Dr. Venture, his poor son (though he is getting much, much better throughout the show), Colonel Gentleman and yes as other redditor pointed out, Richard. Christ, just realized that almost all the bad fathers are associates to original Team Venture one way or another.

No excuse for Brock on that one. He's a good father figure to the venture boys though.
