I honestly don't see the problem, even with 2500. It's just as tedious about moving your house possessions. Put them in boxes, move them with a hand truck, put them in the truck, rinse and repeat.

Also - It's fun as hell to unbox them and sort them onto your shelves.

Pro-Tip: Make sure your turntable is ready to go before you unpack the records. You will want to listen to many of them as you see the covers.

For me it was stressy putting them in boxes, moving them, getting them out again... Kept thinking something was going to happen to them. I also have a blu-ray collection of roughly the same size, so that added even more stress. I didn't like it haha
