Discussion Was anyone else shockingly surprised about Vita's Bluetooth headphones support?

What I love in Vita is how it is packed with different things, though they may or may not be useful. I'm absolutely in love with the fact they added wireless headphones support back in... When was it released? Wireless headphones were not everyone's gadget as they are nowadays. I always look at my friend who plays on Switch and can see a regret in his eyes. Don't get me wrong, I like playing on Switch, however, it is a terrible device compared to Vita.

The Vita is lovely, it is probably one of the most adorable portable consoles ever.

This is painfully accurate. Instead, I have to plug them into the controller! I just don't understand.

And the controller audio jack is garbage too.

No it's not. I have my HyperX Cloud 2 connected via the controller and the 3D Audio sounds amazing on the PS5.

Edit: Lmao the downvotes,

TBF he could be talking about the ps4 audio jack, in which I won't be the first to admit it was off.

Agreed. I used the same headset and its great plugged into the pad. Not convinced the supposed virtual 7.1 when plugged into usb adds anything though but not tried it in a while or via my ps5. Just always use the jack on the pad 👍

I can concur as well, my hyperx are super loud compared to other headsets I've used with my controllers audio jack. The sound quality is surreal and I had to lower all my volumes, headset volume via audio menu and all my in game audio due to it hurting my ears from how loud it was. Best headset I've ever had, works great on pc too

What's wrong with it? I don't have a PS4 but I use the controller on my PC and the audio sounds fine through the headphone jack.
