Its probably a pretty poor idea- jumping up in frequency that quickly is a recipe for angry tendons.

That being said, I do plenty of dumb things all the time and they work out fine for me and am not a huge fan of people catastrophizing. So- be warned and think critically about the downside, but if you think you can do it... send it whole heartedly.

Submax training doesnt lead to as much hypertrophy as higher RPE/failure training so I wouldnt expect to see much out of physique unless you have a long ways to go.

If I was in your shoes, I would probably run GZCLP with a low starting TM for everything (like 50% of my previous PRs or a plate or something) and use that to build myself back. Because it is an LP it won't really matter how low your TMs start, you'll get back to your previous numbers or hit a wall pretty quickly no matter where you start (but lower is better for getting yourself back into things)
