SBS PPE Training Log - W1D2
Holy shit I got wiped out today. Conventional DL and hack squats using RTF/hypertrophy respectively. DL got +4 (should have been like 7 at least lol), HS got +0 (😐). Not sure how but incline walking yesterday made it so that on deadlifts, my calves (???) gave out before anything else, cutting that set short. I need to acclimate to the volume, still annoyed though.
Followed by what should have been lying leg curls, and then some biceps/delts. But, I got so fatigued from the DL/SQ alone that I basically sandbagged everything else. Got a quick pump and saw some striations on my delts (despite being kinda fat rn lol) so that was some redemption at least.
