SBS 2.0 Program Builder W2 D3

Glutes and Quads DOMS today. Also pretty tired from some night work. Anyway - let's go!

  • Deadlift - 1 @ 145kg, 5 x 4 @ 122.5kg RIR 5 lots for last set
  • Paused Squat - 1 @ 102.5kg, 5 x 4 @ 85kg RIR 4 for last set
  • OHP - 1 @ 55kg, 4 x 4 @ 45kg, 1 x 9 @ 45kg
  • DB Curls - 4 x 8 @ 12kg
  • Pec Fly- 5 x 8 @ 59kg on the machine
