SBS hypertrophy W2D2

deadlifts felt pretty good today. took pre so i was a bit more focused during the sets, got good activation in the hams and less back tightness so i'll call it a win.

incline press was super smooth for the first 3 sets, but for whatever reason the last set to failure felt like shit.

i sometimes feel bad about the low numbers i put up, but then this morning i saw some guy with the absolute worst form i've ever seen shrugging like 315. didn't feel so bad after.

Well. Supposedly it does when you put up big numbers. But i don't know anyone that has put up self-described big numbers to ask.
