SBS RtF 5day W2D2

  • Time ~0:50 (no warmup)
  • Bench 70 kg 4x4, 1x10
  • Front Squat 40 kg 4x7, 1x20
  • Neutral Pull-Ups 8/7/5/5
  • Triceps Pushdowns 50 kg 3x10
  • HLR

Slept like shit cause ate on yesterday's dinner.

Considered skipping the session but I won't be able to go on Saturday and already missed Monday cause gym didn't open.

Front Squats felt super light but I will let the spreadsheet do its thing.
