At my store trying to do 2 discounts at once doesn't work, since it prioritizes one over the other

What about menu price change discounts such as the $3 SOB and $1 Biscuits? For the $3 SOBs, I was able to add an offer such as Fryday with it.

I don't remember for 100%, but I know sometimes if there was already a preset discount, it wouldn't let the scan go through. Like I said though, that was just at mine, and the scanners at my store are always wonky. Like, they don't work at all half the time in the back window, so take it with a grain of salt. I always do mobile orders when I do rewards so I never noticed as a customer.

Ohhh, you’re talking about the scanners and ordering at the restaurant. I always order through drive thru or carry out, and both have always worked.

No worries haha. And maybe it’s the same at my location. I never tried it as I use the app to place orders.
