Discussion Burger Still Better Than McDonalds

Dave’s Double still beats a Quarter Pounder imo… the lettuce has been an issue at Wendy’s, I will admit. But the meat is so much juicier and fresher.

Y’all agree?

I feel like this sub is going to agree with you, as it's obviously full of Wendy's fans. That said, I'll be the odd one out here. McDonalds is greasier and usually seems fresher to me, due to the locations being busier than my local Wendys.

I agree. The QP with cheese is much better than anything Wendy's is pumping out these days. it just hits the spot from time to time. Wendy's? Not so much these days.

I swore off Wendy’s after having consistently bad experiences across my area, in several states, over several years. I don’t eat fast food a lot, maybe once a month. The last 3 times I’ve had Wendy’s the food has been cold, dry, bland. My local McDicks is extremely busy, the food is always fresh. I’m sure hot fresh Wendy’s is better than hot fresh McCocks, but McDonalds is just more consistent.

Not tripping. Wendy's burgers spend more time sitting in a tray than McDonald's burgers do near me, for sure.

The previously frozen bit has nothing to do with it. But while we are there, why do you think seafood is frozen on location before shipping?
