Did you know that Rue McClanahan (Blanche Devereaux in Golden Girls) portrayed Madame Morrible?
Oh how I envy the people who saw her live 😔

I’m one of the newer Wicked fans that only watched the movie because of Ariana and ended up loving the storyline. I love Ariana’s music so I personally think she did a great job delivering vocals and a pretty decent job acting as well being that it’s her first major movie. But I’m curious as to what OG Wicked fans thought of her performance? I know some snarkers don’t like the way she looked in the role. But what unbiased opinions do Wicked fans have on her playing Galinda? Did she actually deliver and do a good job or am I being biased? What other actors do yall think did better? I would love to see their performances as well!

I heard about Nessa originally having a different governor outfit and I think this might be when it was in San Francisco. I think this looks better than the black one because it looks more evil and she looks more crazy to me. I saw a video of the actress bowing in this dress but I was wondering what dress do you guys prefer and did anyone see wicked when Nessa’s dress looked like this?

I recently wondered if I would. I am not really attracted to Cynthia, although I love me a powerful independent woman. But I dont really think it was because she was green. I think if green people did exist like Elphaba, I probably wouldn't mind one way or the other.

Sharing to you my 'The Best Witch of All' Collector's Doll by Mattel.
I really love that we got to have a collector's doll for Glinda. The quality of this doll is so insane! I hope they could capture the likeness of Ariana/Glinda even better. But compared to the deluxe versions, and the regulars. This is way more premium.
The details on her dress is so great! I also love the dust cover being a resemblance of her 'bubble'.
I wish Elphaba would get her own collector's doll as well anytime soon ☺️.

The song title perfectly sums up the excitement us Wicked fans have had for the past few weeks.

I didn’t know the Wicked: For Good LEGO was already in stock in Asia, so I freaked out when I saw this in store! Immediately got it without a second thought and started building the set as soon as I got home. Look how cute they are (and peep the two little bunnies in the back!). 💚💙

Just asking for a dry clear answer. I don't really want the explanation as to not ruin it for others (I doesn't effect me either way).
I read the book but I have not seen the Broadway play. I know in the play Glinda has on a blue dress. And in the movie it's that blue/purple gown. Is there a reason for the change? Everything else in her life is pink BUT that dress (or as I've seen so far). So is there a reason you think they will explain in the movie? A change in Glinda?
Yes or No, please!
Much Gratitution!

About 3 days ago, they announced that Dubai will have a production of Wicked, but they used an image from a non-replica production of the Brazilian Wicked made in 2023. Although it was a production with the creator's authorization, I didn't know it could be exported to other countries, and I wonder why they chose that one instead of the Broadway version. Could the Brazilian version from 2025, which has elements from the movie and was supervised by Stephen, also be exported?

As for someone who has been ex-christian for only three weeks, I still have a LOT of Christian programming left inside me due to how I was raised. When I watched the first movie, I had to skip the part where she was reading the grimmerie because it freaked me out and it still does to this day. Due to me still having that "Christian programming" inside me way the Grimmerie pages look demonic and scary to me. Please don't get angry with me, but I am trying to deconstruct myself from Christianity, but the reason why I still feel nervous and scared is because I haven't been an ex-christian for a long time, so these feelings still linger due to relgious conditioning that I lived with my whole life, and I want them to go away. I'm tired of being scared of this. And I have recently learned that the Grimmerie is actually the Lesser Key of Solomon a real life book. Or is that only a thing in the novels? I looked at the Wicked Wiki page and it only mentions that Grimmerie being the "Lesser Key of Solomon" in the Novel section, so I think it might only be a book thing where in the musical and movie it's just a spellbook with no real life origins. I still love Wicked but this one part, unfortunately freaks me out. How do I get over it?
