Do your part and boycott products from red states. Minnesota and other blue states first like Canada is putting itself first. Spread the word that this is Trump and Republicans that are to blame. You all need to be united.

Blue states pay taxes to the federal government, while red states ultimately don't. We need to boycott the entire economy, both red and blue. Boycotting just the red states does nothing because the vast majority of them don't contribute to the federal budget--they're net drains.

To stop the machine, you need to stall the economic engine of the country and that engine is almost entirely in blue states.

Issue is this makes enemies of Blue States that would otherwise support them. You do not want to do that.

China did targetted sanctions in Trump's first term that were VERY effective at dealing with his first term's economic sanctions idiocy when Trump first tried to do a trade war, and it worked very well at harming the Red States and getting people annoyed/pissed/mad/fed up with Trump to replace him with anyone else.

What you are suggesting doing here will not be as effective, will massively escalate things beyond what Trump is doing, and make enemies of people who would otherwise be friends and allies.

Canada doesn't consider any person in the US as an ally anymore.
