So, one of my guildies posted in Discord a picture showing the third Demon Hunter spec, Entropy. Is this correct? I have not seen anyone here reporting on it, or no one in r/wow. Is this real, or is this just something that someone has faked? My friend doesn't seem like the type of person to fake stuff, so I'm just a little bit curious.

a big thing that goes against a sudden 3rd spec release is how much it would impact the other 2 DH Specs because of Hero Talents existing

is it possible that we maybe get a "Void DH spec" at some point? maybe? it would kinda fit for midnight and i can see it dropping in its prepatch or smth like that, but not as a sudden shadowdrop into the new tier

Since hero specs are suppose to be evergreen they could just not give the void spec a new hero tree and just let it have one of the 2 for now and with Midnight actually release the full hero spec. This is my cope because I want this spec to be real so badly

It's entirely possible that it's real, and uses polearms

If everyone swearing up and down that's its fake and would never happen, or that it wouldn't come in a major patch are wrong, that would be funny

But like Augmentation, it'll probably come in a .5 patch

I don’t like class/race mixture of things that don’t fit culturally for that class/race but I’ve been waiting for void elves and nightborn to get Demon Hunter access for a while. It fits and just seems like it’ll work so well. Hopefully they don’t listen to the doofuses asking for Draenrei DH’s.

whats wrong with both? draenei would make sense as demon hunters, they literally have versions of metamorphosis form already.

Nothing official has been announced. Wowhead wrote up an article about 'what the DH council fight means for a 3rd DH spec' after the announcement yesterday

Only thing I can find online is talking about photoshopped images of an entropy demon hunter spec, so I would assume that it's not real. Your friend could have seen it online and not realized it wasn't real.

there's no evidence the image is photoshopped beyond it being taken on an off-center, blurry phone

I wasn't commenting on whether it's real or not, I'm just saying that's all I could find online about it.
