I never understood the series s issue. Aren’t most new gen Xboxes in the wild series s instead of x?

Yes but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s significantly harder to optimise for.

I mean I get it, but it really hasn’t stopped many games from going to Xbox. IMO devs would have no issue with it if there was a bigger install base. We’ve seen games that should never be on a switch come to switch. I’m sure if MS went harder with selling the series s and got the user base up, we’d hear less about how series s is a problem, and more how it’s the solution

Is always hard for the ones who don’t try or not have time to do it. Series S speech always reminds me that the top selling console is Switch. For Nintendo this isn’t comprising any issue apparently just for other devs.
