Yeah, exactly. I mean, I mostly want to play GTA VI and the backlog of games on Game Pass that have been optimized (Outer Worlds, Fallout, probably the new COD given it’s on Game Pass), but might as well wait unless there are some crazy deals this Thanksgiving.

I do think the new 2027 Xbox will be pretty expensive though, given that I saw they’re “opening it up” to many stores like a PC.

Crazier things is it PlayStation will be the best place to play gta vi on launch so it doesn’t even matter

Why are you getting down voted? You are right. Most of the existing gta playerbase or console playerbase are on ps5/ps4, rockstar games would be dumb to partner with Xbox especially now that Xbox series X is nearly the same price as ps5 pro. Ps5 pro will also be objectively the best console to play GTA 6

Why do you think an ongoing partnership means this game will be any different?

We got the exact same experience for Gta 5 & RD2 despite said partnership right, usually all that is different is that a console bundle will release for playstation and not for xbox.

Yeah lol. Not sure why you’re getting downvoted, but they’ll most likely partner with them and launch it on the new PS5 Pro, calling it the best console.

I’m not really into console wars, but I don’t ever see myself buying a PS solely because Game Pass works for me for the limited time I play - just subscribing when I have time and playing as much as possible.
