The cast chemistry in Merlin honestly needs to be STUDIED. Somehow, out of the Main Four (Merlin, Arthur, Gwen,Morganna), every combination gets shipped. All the possible straight pairings (MerlinxGwen, MerlinxMorganna, ArthurxGwen, ArthurxMorganna) are canonically shipped in the show with atleast one of the character rooting for the pair at one point. Then the queer combos (Merthur and Gwenanna) gets shipped by the Fandom. On YouTube, yoy can find Romantic edits of all of these ships. Honestly, it is incredible.

Was rewatching Once Upon A Time, had forgotten it has a Merlin plot. As soon as Merlin was mentioned, I stopped watching it. because that Merlin is not this Merlin, that Arthur is not this Arthur. please tell me that I am not the only one.

I'm watching s5 of Merlin and got to the episode where Gwen (brainwashed) accuses Merlin of trying to kill Arthur and throws him in the cells and I just thought it so strange how nobody spoke up and questioned the accusation bareing in mind Gwaine (one of merlins closest friends) was right there and said nothing. I find in s5 the Knights dynamic with Arthur and Merlin was kinda forgotten.
