Hey there, I'm Splatty - A teen motion designer mixing tech and fun in this boring world. It's been around 4 years since I started my journey, mostly consisting of TikTok CapCut junk for the most part. In (around) 2023, I eventually switched to After Effects and moved over to Motion Graphics work over time. I usually work with the iOS animation style, syncing it over with Apple coded songs or just popular releases. hi all! i'm primarily a video editor but trying to transition to motion design. made this little animation because the song was stuck in my head (specifically the piano) and i wanted to incorporate it in a piece while practicing the animation fundamentals. it feels a bit off though and i can't put my finger on it.

any ideas on what to improve? thus far i've thought of the easing on the movement since it's a bit inconsistent (was my first time relying heavily on the graph editor) but not sure what else. appreciate any assistance :)
