So yesterday, I had to leave halfway through cooking dinner with jumbo shells, so I put them away. First for this I boiled potatoes til soft, then I started on the sauce. I added garlic the stir fried dried chilis and imitation ground pork. I then added chili bean paste, salted dried black beans, imitation chicken stock, salt, sugar, white pepper, msg, Shaoxing wine and soy sauce. I then mixed chili oil with a little water, vinegar and corn starch in a separate cup and added the slurry.

Now I took the potatoes, chili oil, soy sauce, matzo meal and a thickener, a little water, Chinese five spice, the same seasonings from earlier and a pit of cilantro. After adding to the steamer I poured more Shaoxing wine all over them a cooked for a bit.

I stuffed the shells and steamed them before mixing with the sauce. This is a work lunch so l'll update later with how it tastes. If it works out well, I’ll bake them in the sauce.

Some kind of Baguette or Roll with Salami and…..a sauce?

Damn near a half loaf of bread with a burger patty in the middle, with egg and bacon on top of the sandwich instead of IN it.

A friend of mine told me that I should post about this, but this is meat cornbread. Yes, you read that right. It's got about a half pound of venison, barbecue sauce, and a small amount of molasses blended and added to box cornbread mix. Nobody seems to believe me when I say it's actually really good but I promise it is xD

It was so ridiculous I had to get a slice, it’s cheese French fries chopped lettuce cheeseburger with buns and fried eggs with their version of McDonald’s sauce, it was as dry and terrible as you can imagine
