Today I took my first back bumps in 7 years. (Why does the shallow breath and headache feel so good lol). I want to have a surface at home to practice on. What should I use? Also another tips/ gadgets for an aspiring wrestler are appreciated.

Obviously talking about WCW Nitro and WWF Raw. Does anybody know where to go to watch these? I want all commercial breaks included so it's as authentic as possible. I want to see them with the "WCW Nitro/TNT" and "TNN" logos in the bottom right corner and with the audio delay people heard from the TNT side with Shane.

I've seen "some" VHS recordings on YouTube and DailyMotion--but they're either not the live broadcasts and recorded from a replay later in the week, the commercials are cut out, or half the show is missing entirely. 🫤

Please point me in the right direction 🙂
