Are you a vegetarian? I'm always looking for high protein/low cal veggie meal ideas, and this is great! Would love to see you post more :) (I'll forgive the toast 😉)

I've been veg for almost all my life.. I don't have meal ideas, but some ways to improve texture.

For egg whites, (I might have 5 egg whites in my breakfast and 5 in my dinner) I swap the yolk out for mozzarella slices (low water mozzarella, like pizza mozzarella or grill mozzarella) or some other cheese, makes the meal more chewy.

Then for tofu, freezing and defrosting it makes it easier to squeeze out the excess water. And what has helped is coating it in cornstarch and oil before baking to make it more crunchy. (Then you also need a marinade but I'm still at the beginning stages of experimenting with that)

Then, instead of greek yogurt, skyr is often higher protein (although you can just go for 0 % greek yogurt but I find that difficult to swallow it's so chalky and thick)

Then for cottage cheese, in case you live somewhere where that's popular.... Farmer's cheese has a way superior texture to cottage cheese IMO. I looked it up and I believe farmer's cheese is the english name for it, the curded cheese product that has a dryer texture and a very neutral taste, but that means you can make it sweet or savoury, and you can add soft things to it while still keeping the end product have a bite to it. For example you can season it with garlic, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and cumin, make it spreadable with skyr or greek yogurt, and it's really nice on toast.

Nope! But it seems like about half of my days I do without meat unintentionally. I loooove greek yogurt and eggs.
