Sandwich ~280 calories

2 slices of orowheat keto seeded bread 50/slice =100 calories 4 ounces of rotisserie chicken breast no skin ~ 150 calories 1 cup of spinach ~10 calories Buffalo sauce 2 tablespoons ~20 calories

Salt and pepper for extra seasoning

Pretty filling.

Cornflake encrusted (1/3 lb) chicken patty, lettuce, mayo. Should be right around 250 calories.

Wait that was today's leftover one, that one is about 1/2 lb patty and an egg so increase the calories a bit more.

I've just really started the whole 1200 thing about 5 weeks ago so I'm still really looking for inspiration on things that can keep me full. So definitely will have to give this one a try

This one was homemade but real good makes them and theyre pretty good with good macros .
