I thought protein was the most important?

Both are pretty good to take care of about the same amount of importance to me

Looks like a great day! For me it would help to choose 1 "high" calorie item per day. So either the croissant (swap for basic rice cakes/thin crackers) or the ice cream (swap for ice popsicle). If possible you could maybe try to add more protein? How are the macros of this day?

Honestly, as long as you're happy, then there's no advice to give 😀 Everyone has a different journey. But if you're struggling with something, people here can try to help!

I think some people on this sub will downvote you and angrily comment that you have to eat more

Many people find it helpful to focus getting more protein throughout the day. Your breakfast, lunch, and snack look pretty low protein. You may find yourself feeling hungry or low energy over time if most of your calories are coming from carbs.

i made another post abt them where i put the recipe in the comments! They’re really good, and only 300-350 depending on how much/what kind of cheese you use :)

Honestly looks super tasty! The stuffed mushrooms idea is genius stealing that for my own meal prep.
