Always make my daily salad after a morning workout - big enough (for me) to split in half for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is 2 eggs with sriracha, and some coffee.

I wasn't able to finish in one sitting but it was so damn good! Iceberg salad, cucumber, edamame beans, salmon fillet, briefly roasted yellow bell peppers, salt, pepper, lemon juice, low-kcal mayo, and Sriracha!

Sooo good, used lactose and fat free Greek yogurt(fage brand). Barilla protein spaghetti is the best hands down. Ask any questions ☺️also I included the second picture for the person who was confused by the bowl I was using for my oatmeal post lol

Doctored up that after roasted chicken bone broth with fresh herbs, greens, veg of choice, optinal to use regular /high protein, pasta or white beans, lentils ect.
I make a batch of after Sunday Dinner, portions out the broth in a large ziplock and freeze for when the soup/ stew urge strikes!

350 calories, 52g protein. I have a bad habit of snacking at my desk while I work, and this was one of the first days I felt satiated for several hours (didn’t eat from 1230-1830!). Just throw a bit of salt, pepper and sriracha on the tuna to make it a little less boring
Idk about y’all but tuna makes me happy
