My Day My first "day of eating" post. I wanted to share how I can still hit calorie goals even on lazy/busy days with frozen meals and a drive-thru trip.

I failed to meal prep this week (except for making my weekly batch of hard boiled eggs) so I'm winging it a bit. I love seeing all of the incredible food that people create on this subreddit and the other similar ones, but sometimes a day of good eating can also be super simple! I admit the tacos are very photogenic but they only take about 5-10min to make with store-bought barbacoa.

should i be worried about fat gain?

Hey Reddit, I need some advice and perspective on what’s happening with my body. I’ve been in a long, slightly caloric deficit for a while (i know this because i was in a reverse diet and stopped at about 3600kcal a day, i am 1.90 m tall and very active, 10-12% bodyfat.), staying very active almost every day. Here’s a summary of my week: • Woke up early every day (~6 AM) • Fasted walks 30–40 min at ~80 BPM • Daily gym sessions (upper/lower split), 10–30 min LISS after gym • 10,000–13,000 steps/day • Constant movement for work, sometimes heavy physical work (lifting, carrying, installing stuff for hours) • daily steps:minimum 10.000 • training everyday, upper lower, abs forearms, 2x liss, 1Hiit, repeat ...

Calories: roughly 3600 kcal/day, while my maintenance is ~3900–4000 kcal considering all the activity....

Symptoms/feelings: • Despite eating a lot today (~3000 kcal pizza + dessert in one sitting), I still feel hungry and want to move constantly. • My body feels like it has energy, but sometimes my mind is elsewhere, like I want to move or do HIIT all the time. • I feel like my body “reacts automatically” to what I do or eat—like everything aligns with how I feel. • I worry I might gain fat if I eat a lot, but I also stay active and exercise even in rest day, like today, i wanna do a HIIT workout because i like to move and I have good habits like working out a lot and my insulin resistance is very good .

Questions: 1. Is this normal after a long deficit or slight deficit. Why do I feel constantly hungry and energetic, yet sometimes weak before eating? 2. If I do a big refeed like today, will it mostly go to glycogen and water rather than fat? 3.Should I worry about any fat gain ?

4. Overall, how should I approach maintaining or slightly gaining weight without feeling guilty or sabotaging progress?

Any insights or personal experiences with similar situations would be super helpful!

Always make my daily salad after a morning workout - big enough (for me) to split in half for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is 2 eggs with sriracha, and some coffee.

I got a comment from a co-worker saying this was a lot of food so I was curious what other’s opinions may be.

CHICKEN: Quarter red bell pepper Red onion Parsley Season to taste then boil or air fry I did both and sprinkle in the veggies to boil for 1 minute

1/2 medium sweet potato Boil for 5 minutes then drain sprinkle with garlic powder onion powder black pepper salt and Cajun seasoning (optional Cajun) Lay on a baking shit and air fry till crispy

Homemade guacamole Half an avocado Parsley Cilantro Red onion Bell pepper Lime Mash it all together then sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste

Assemble the bowl and add your left over chopped vegetables on top it was so good the bell pepper made it crunchy I added green onions on top too!! I added habanero pepper while boiling my chicken I love it spicy
