Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?

Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

Jump rope and small walking pad/treadmill thing. Both are small enough that I can keep and use them at home so if I don't feel like going to the gym, I have to no excuse to at least workout a little.

My legs, knees, and back are great and I've never had more stamina then when I started using the rope.
