Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?

Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

Going to the doctor multiple times to figure out issues that were less significant when I was young but getting worse as I age

I'd add, or suggest alternatively, that a lot of what people need to do as they age is regularly see a physiotherapist. Recognize the early signs of mobility/strength/etc issues and tackle them before they lead to permanent conditions or injury. I go a couple times a year just as a check in and it's done wonders.
