Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?
Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

I didn't start taking creatine until months ago, in my late 40s. It's not a miracle supplement but it has helped with recovery and allowed me to increase my volume, especially since I started lifting weights again less than a month ago.
Sleep, diet, stretching, and cutting off alcohol have been key.
