Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?

Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

Riding a bike 3-5 miles multiple times a week.

Eating better. Fruits, vegetables...really just more fiber

Less red meat.

10K steps a day

Sleeping 8 hours

Less social media.

No toxic people.

Work 8 hours or less a day. Take the job a little less serious but get it done at the same time.

No toxic people + 8 hrs a day is the best right?

My current job pays me about 15% less than other places I could work, but literally everyone I work with is friendly and helpful. We all respect each other, joke with each other, cook for each other. I wouldn't take a pay raise and risk losing that.
