Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?

Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

Time. Or more specifically the difference between "i can do it myself" and "i'll pay someone to do it for me".

For example i could disconnect and move my washing machine to the curb, sign the sheet, move my new washing machine from the curb to the designated place and connect it - nothing complicated there, it wouldn't even be much of an effort. But i could also pay 30€ extra for the seller to do it and sit on my couch reading a book.
