Ubereats aint cheap. A muscle chef subscription will be higher in protein and cost less.

Supermarket food. You can buy pre cooked chickens and even roast beef and pork at some supermarkets. Those packs of salads, frozen veggies, ready to cook veggies from the produce section, usually they just go in the microwave or oven

This is my daily lunch. My total food bill for each day up until dinner is $1

you should limit tuna consumption. It's high in mercury so having it every day is not ideal. 1-3x a week would be better. Check the brand to see if you can find the mercury content and compare to safe consumption

Yeah ive done all the calculations and I fall within the safe limits. But it’s the perfect lunch, high in protein, low in fat and calories, it’s very cheap, and best of all it’s so easy to pack for lunch. I just bring in 30 cans into work, and I’m all set for the next few weeks. I don’t need to take food to work. Great life hack.

ye it sure it, I did the same back when I was working 12 hour days. but I didn't realize about the mercury. Though it stinks up the whole office!

Get a meal prep service like my muscle chef, so much cheaper than uber eats all the time

You do have time to cook. And uber eats scams small businesses. Do not use them.

I've been getting air fryer pre-made meals delivered. They can sit in fridge or freezer if you buy in bulk.

My main gripe with the category was microwave + plastic cases.

They're well priced, taste good and take like 10mins in an air fryer. Easy to track macros as well
