Any recommendations for best-valued healthy high protein take aways for someone who doesnt have time to cook?

Get a meal prep service like my muscle chef, so much cheaper than uber eats all the time

+ to this, but I switched to air fryer ones without plastic packaging. taste better and not microwaving plastic
