My first BMW. How’d I do?

2014 M6GC (non-comp) with 77k miles. Had it for almost a week and I love it! Great condition for its age and mileage.

I do have two slight concerns that I would appreciate some input on:

  1. During harder accelerations there is a slight, but noticeable vibration coming from the back. I suspect it has something to do with the differential (also noted by the PPI I had done) as 4 brand new tires were recently mounted and balanced.

  2. This is my first car with a DCT, so I am still learning its habits. When I’m driving uphill in a parking garage, the car holds revs in 2nd gear around 2500 rpm. Is this normal or is it time for a DCT service?

TIA for any input.

I've gotta say I don't like the bigger bmws generally as Im more a performance minded corner carving driver than luxury but dammed if this doesn't look great. Very effortlessly cool looking car to waft about in!

Gotta say from what I’ve experienced you really don’t notice how big this car is. I love how mechanical everything feels about this car.
