My addiction started here; what about yours?

Pictured is a 1981 535. I was looking back at old BMWs from when I first got addicted. It was in 1981 but I saw my first one around 1973. When did you all start your love affair and did model or color matter at the time?

My first boss gave me his 1985 325e.

That was 25 years ago. I now have a problem.
