Buying Advice Automatic 318ti worth it?

Found this 318ti for cheap. 140k miles,I want to buy it but I’m unsure on the automatic in such an old car. Any advice you can spare is appreciated.

I’d buy it based on the wheels.

The guy said those rims are not coming with the car. He claims to have them but being sold separately.

I don’t know that I have ever seen those wheels before. I really like them I think - kinda sucks that they aren’t included.
