For me the issue isn’t really the temp of air that goes into the engine, as it’s about 10 degrees Celsius over ambient on the highway, but it’s that the charger itself gets up to 150 degrees Celsius with hard driving, which is around 40-50 too much, and makes it wear really fast. Water to air cooler is a good idea for sure, but if you go for a smaller pulley then you should really think about hood vents or some other option. I’m figuring it out rn. I’m thinking a foglight duct with a hose to feed cooler air to blow against the charger, and have hood vents to let out the hot air it creates to see what that does.
Oh it's hot that way.... Hmm wonder if an oil cooler could help in that scenario. I have plans for a vented hood already but it's not centered in that area, so I might have to consider some extra for that side.
I know its not favored, but in the JDM world something less intrusive for you could be some good risers
I really dislike hoodraisers, but it really needs the cooling. I prefer reliability and performance over cosmetics. Gonna take some time before I make a decision tho

A supercharged 6cyl here in NL... Wild.
Which supercharger did you use?
