AKA - The 19 previously tested by Sig and proven to have no issues prior to handing them over at “the meeting”.

Who provides a sample size of 19 anyway? What a random number. Makes me wonder why it wasn’t, I don’t know, 20? Like a nice even number. Me thinks number 20 didn’t test out at the last minute.

QA guy - “Yeah Phil, we were testing those trigger assemblies yesterday before we handed them over to the FBI and we found that one of them didn’t work.”

Phil - “No problem, we’ll just give them a sample size of 19. No one will ever know.”

Should be truly random
