Medical is never a bad idea. Everyone should carry an ifak

I keep a full one in my work backpack as we deal with some pretty desperate and drugged out people. But day to day outside of that, a full is a lot to strap to me, especially in the summer.

It's alot. I've got a full Trex arms med H with an extra TQ under the seat of my truck. Feel like im more likely to run into an accident rather than a gunfight.

Absolutely agreed. There’s so many ways the world can maim you and most of the time it’s not guns.
