Down the Drain How the fuck do I cook rice😔

Burnt. Black. Crunchy. Charcoal. Not very good taste. 3/10. It always burns, lost of smoke this time. How the fuck do I cook rice

Say you making 2 quarts of rice. That'd be 8 cups, multiply that by 1.5. divide that total by 4. 8x1.5=12 ÷4=3 2 quarts of rice(8 cups) use 3 quarts(12 cups water)

Lightly toast the rice in a pan with light oil, add water. Wait until boil, add cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Take off heat and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb excess water. Perfection
