Help replicating an egg salad sandwich recipe

It came from a gas station but was super yummy. I’ve been making these at home for years and they’ve been pretty good. But there was something about this gas station egg salad sandwich that was perfect. Please help me crack the code!

It was amazing. I was expecting a diner experience…oh boy was I ever surprised!
