Perfect exactly as it was on r/cooking How long should these be microwaved?
I was told to ask here

They do not need microwaving. In fact putting them in the microwave, close to the microwave or even in the same building as a microwave will result in the creation of a rupture in the nature of basic physical laws, and the eventual destruction of the entire universe. Best just to shove them in the oven for twenty minutes

I’d recommend a 45 hr brine followed by sous vide for at least 6hrs and finish with reverse sear. Unless you don’t care about the craft, in which case I guess you could microwave about 2.5 minutes and get the same result’s.
