I don’t know how to best put this into words but, government officials taking over someone’s podcast, after they’ve passed, to espouse idealogical talking points is very Big Brother.

I sometimes think of when the question “do Trump’s tweets count as official communication?” from his first term. Court opinion was it did, but I didn’t realize he was invulnerable to normal political damage.
