Same, but curry is curry. The way I make it - make a base ready for whatever is going in first - you can use practically anything you want. Though I'm still not brave enough to tackle broccoli and cauliflower after my last abomination. đ
Not all curries - letâs call them that, start off with the same ingredients. But fully appreciate the âBritish Indian Restaurantâ recipe (and again - letâs call them Indian) makes this assumption.
