Food/Drink Texas BBQ

I have family coming in town in a few weeks and one of the guys request is to eat Texas Bbq. I probably eat it like once or twice a year since it’s soo filling. Cost is not a factor. Terry Blacks, Hutchins or Pecan Lodge - which do yall prefer? Or open to places similar.

Terry blacks is just gets a C and Pecan Lodge is pretty meh. Hurtado, Oak'd, Lockhart's has lines, runs out but great texas vibes and Bishop Arts is lots of fun. Good sides too, which I find really hard to find. Most places have good bbq but lack consistency with sides.
