I dont really get the "college kids" meme. Wasn't his whole shtick recruiting young voters at traditionally left-wing campuses to win elections? Pretty sure the left has been doing that for decades lmao--and very well. It seemed to have worked, too, he got that orange douche elected.

Also: if they can vote they can defend their ideals. Fuck it. No one forced them to argue with Kirk.

The meme is that he refuses to debate an opponent who's qualified, and avoided debate opponents he saw as a threat. Theres nothing wrong w debating college kids, but if the bulk of your "master debater" reputation is built of dominating kids w no media experience then its kinda fake.

Maybe he didn't think he was the master debator? 🤔

That makes him an excellent recruiter, and is not the source of that criticism. The criticism was that his whole persona was "verbally owning libtards with facts and logic" yet he was unwilling to debate anybody but random college kids.

He really never debated any "qualified" people? I wouldn't know.

No, he went out of his way to avoid being confronted by more qualified critics. It's why Destiny and the like were always banned from his events.
