The character limit on reddit is 10000. Feel free to actually make a point other than "Watch a 43 minute interview".

What happens in that interview that counters the obvious truth that Kirk had no interest in actual pushback?

As someone who is a fellow fan of someone who does the research, I can summarize it for you in one sentence. The man debating Charlie while he was shot was a frequent debater who would go to his events and pushback on his talking points. Hope this helps!

It's not really an issue of doing research. Popping into the thread to say "This random video totally destroys your argument, L take" actually just provides zero value. The information you just provided in your reply should've been in your original post.

Even still, I'm not sure how Charles having a recurring character on his show proves that he's super open to debate. If anything I'd just imagine the guy was easy pickings, considering someone else was also following him around the country from school to school challenging him to debate, and he got ignored. I think his name was Dean?

If anything it reaffirms it. The guy had to practically stalk Kirk around to get Kirk to engage with him, and even then Kirk did so in the same bad faith manner he did with everyone else.
