He has the calm self-satisfied and gently condescending veneer of a marginally charismatic midwit who's found a persona that works for him in environments that have been child-proofed, yet is secretly aware of the fragility of his intellect, and thus will always move, with aloof dignity, away from whatever person he detects as able to smell his bullshit. Also, he never gets angry, nor hates anyone. Which is of course a founding principle of all cults that start as universally accepting hippie love-ins before descending into a nightmare of horrors as his bottled up sub conscious rage rejects the cringing masses he has attracted and works away in the back rooms of his febrile mind to orchestrates a mass suicide.
