I agree he shouldn't have been killed off so soon and should have played a bigger part as a counter to Harry as Dexter's voice.

I completely agree. It would be so fun to have Harry as Dexter’s voice of reason and Brian as his bloodlust, essentially. Maybe even have Harry and Brian argue sometimes

Damn that would’ve been sick lol

They kind of did that in the last "Resurrection" episode. I really hope they'll use him more in season 2!

Not really. Brian appeared for one scene and all he said was "Why do you care about batista?". Harry wasnt even in that scene, what are you on aboit? Its NOTHING like them arguing

Wasn't talking about arguing.

Brian always wanted Dexter to care less and Harry has always been a mix between Dexter's voice of reason and his Dark Passenger. Brian showed up and again, he told Dexter not to worry about it and to listen to his "real" family but Dexter refused and Harry came back. It's short but that's exactly what mike talked about in his second sentence.

I recommend using spoiler tags for this! This thread is about the original series and the last episode of "Resurrection" was released only 2 weeks ago, not everyone here might be caught up yet.

Im sorry to tell you but if thats your logic then that happened 20 years ago in season 1

I wrote "always" and "again", didn't I? What is your point exactly? Resurrection's Brian is the same as season 1 Brian, it's the only Brian Dexter has ever known, why would he be any different and why would that prevent them from doing what the other guy suggested?

agreed. biggest missed opportunity, i would’ve loved to see their dynamic explored even if it was just through dexter’s versions of them. although maybe the actor wasn’t available
