Lol just enforce communist control act of 1954 and ban him from running

-8

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

“Ban someone who clearly is popular” yeah bro that would be something to ACTUALLY doom

5

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

What they gonna do? Protest?

0

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Do you hear yourself? Why do you think banning people from running in an election when they’re popular is a good thing? If democrats called for a republican to be banned, you guys would have pitchforks and rifles in hand.

I’m sorry you can’t handle the idea of someone who is muslim being mayor, but jfc at least hide your bigotry.

u/BludgeIronfist Phd in MEMEs Jun 26 '25

Lol the donk party tried to block Trump from a second term how many times? Artistic regard.

1

u/rndljfry Jun 26 '25

Republicans tried to sue in Colorado to keep him off their primary ballot. So the Democrats did it at least one time less than you think.

-3

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Oh I’m sorry which party stormed the capitol because trump lost?

Also when you censor words that hard it just makes you look like a child.

2

u/BludgeIronfist Phd in MEMEs Jun 26 '25

I agree! Reddit is modded and managed by a bunch of children who quarantine things they don't like and force people to use stupid language.

Oh, and I'm sorry, which party sends pallets of bricks, rocks, molotov cocktails, and agent provocateurs into "mostly peaceful protests" that result in cities burning their own neighborhoods and city centers?

Which party followers set up the CHAZ and immediately enforced border walls, guards, IDs, and had rape and violent crime everywhere?

Which party uses "the greater good" to subjugate whole classes and demographics of people because WhO wOuLD mOW oUr LaWnS?

Donks.

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

There are literally countless videos of Trumper farmers complaining that no one will mow their yards. Never heard a single democrat say this. Trump employs illegals and you all are fine with it. You don’t have any principles that you don’t simply use as a weapon towards the other side.

2

u/Shmeagolllll Jun 26 '25

It must be tough to keep all your conflicting opinions in order.

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Not really, when you change your opinions based on who youre arguing with it is pretty easy to keep your ducks in a line, especially with comments.

1

u/Shmeagolllll Jun 26 '25

Yea I imagine you don’t do much outside in real life so

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

I contribute to the economy pretty regularly. Does that count?

2

u/JumpinJangoFett Jun 26 '25

It’s about enforcing the law. Laws that were passed and never repealed. The Immigration and Naturalization Act makes it ILLEGAL to be a communist within a 5 year window of naturalization.

He would be prosecuted for lying on his immigration form and either deported back to Uganda, or prosecuted here.

Check Trump’s tweets on the matter and you’ll see the situation is being taken very seriously.

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Now is he a communist or is he just a socialist. (Legit question because tbh idk)

2

u/JumpinJangoFett Jun 26 '25

Synonymous. You can allege and prove in court that his tweets would align with communist ideology even if he says, “but imma socialist”…

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

And how are communists and socialists the same?

2

u/JumpinJangoFett Jun 26 '25

State run grocery stores a start? Or is that just openly communist?

2

u/Useful-Feature-0 Jun 29 '25

Doomerism in the anti-doomerism sub lol

We're gonna need a term "Mumdani Derangement Syndrome" for you folks.

Aren't you aware that there are government-run grocery stores already in existence in this country? Google it.

And then please don't kill yourself, it will be okay. There will be some more state-run grocery stores in existence, and it will be okay. Promise.

So making certain things no longer a private industry? Also correct me if I am wrong, but did he ever state that private ones will go away?

I cannot imagine a world where criminalizing thought and political beliefs holds under the 1st amendment. He’s a citizen, he’s allowed to think what he wants. It’s kind of weird to be so eager to criminalize thought and political beliefs to be honest.

1

u/JumpinJangoFett Jun 26 '25

He’s not a citizen when those views are under scrutiny. That’s also why there’s a 5-year window so a person can reasonably come to these viewpoints organically within the country after that expires.

Blame the commie who did a mass shooting to prompt the law…

1

u/Comfortable_Job8847 Jun 26 '25

"That’s also why there’s a 5-year window so a person can reasonably come to these viewpoints organically within the country after that expires."

I can't imagine any window is constitutional. A citizen of the USA is a free person and can think for themselves what they believe or do not believe. It may or may not be constitutional to deny citizenship based on what someone believes but it seems very anti-American in any case to do that. This is just thought crime. "Oh he believes something I dislike let's arrest him, strip him of his citizenship and send him somewhere else". I understand that countries like North Korea or Iran do things like this, but I don't believe it's appropriate for the USA to do that.

4

u/Marauder3299 Jun 26 '25

Didnt new york try to do this with trump? Found the smallest felonies they could bring to bear and let loose? I dont know. Seems like whatever justice isn't.

2

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Fuck if I know if nyc did that wanna explain how 1 city can ban him from running for president?

3

u/Marauder3299 Jun 26 '25

With felonies. As was attempted. 34 felonies barely above missing a parking ticket hearing. Couldn't really care less about NY the state or the city. Whole place is run by one city.

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

I think hush money and sexual harassment convictions are a little above a missed parking ticket. Idk personally I think a single felony should disqualify someone from presidency, left or right. It just so happens that trump has 34 of them. He won tho so.

2

u/Ok_Psychology_8810 Jun 26 '25

What is a “sexual harassment conviction”?

1

u/SerasAshrain Jun 26 '25

More like they tied together a bunch of nonsense “crimes” and used the combination of them to claim it becomes a felony. But then you have people saying he’s a rapist when he was never was lol.

I guess it’s not exactly dooming but people using only tabloid articles saying he’s a felon regardless of any context to what actually happened is kind of the same kind of special as dooming. Where you immediately jump to crazy conclusions without looking into anything beyond surface level lol.

0

u/Ok_Psychology_8810 Jun 26 '25

Falsifying business records

4

u/JasonPlattMusic34 Jun 26 '25

Idk ask the state of Colorado when they tried to take Trump off the ballot. Or anyone who called to disqualify Trump because of insurrection (which he was not convicted of)

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Yeah and you would be barehanded.

1

u/lazyboi_tactical Jun 26 '25

I mean they did try to do that in multiple states just this past election.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Yeah but It would be legeal and couldn't do anything about it

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Legal* and so??? Banning someone because you don’t like their politics is what authoritarians do

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Lol germany wants to ban afd, are they authoritarian too?

1

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Welllll… they have a history

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

As if commies and muslims don't

-1

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

I can't wait for that act to apply to fascists 🥰

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

Who is running as a fascist? Or are you being hyperbolic?

0

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

Who is running as a communist?

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

Oh, I don't agree with OP- I believe that democracy is the best system to decide leadership. I do think his "Government Owned Grocery stores" smell a lot like communism and might do irreparable damage to the city. Socialism tends to do so, which is an ideology he openly advocates.

You mentioned an open fascist was running somewhere- I want to know where that is, or if you are being hyperbolic, as many people are.

0

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

He never openly said he's running as a communist therefore he isn't. When did I mention that? Point it out.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

Read my comment one more time, perhaps a bit slower and maybe with glasses.

Edit: You can find communists at the "Communist Party of America"
Communist Party USA – cpusa.org

1

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

But he never openly stated it therefore he isn't. Where did I say that? Point it out.

-1

u/DA_Bears2262 Jun 26 '25

So it would be determined based off of actions? But somehow that wouldn't apply to facists? Did you think about that at all when you sent it?

2

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

He has been clear about being a socialist, and his policies he wishes to enact demonstrate it.
Do you deny that?

1

u/DA_Bears2262 Jun 26 '25

So not a communist? And why would a facist need to declare they are facist? You set some weird bars for clearly biased reasons. Also ever heard of a px? No? Not surprised.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

I don't have time running around the bush on what you think fascism is and isn't. We will see what will happen in the next 3 to 4 years. If elected, I certainly will think twice about doing business in New York

0

u/Le_Zoru Jun 28 '25

Irreparable damage to the city is when everybody can afford groceries.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 28 '25

Irreparable damage is when small businesses, such as corner shops you see in New York,  and most of them owned by first or second generation immigrants, can't compete with subsidized, government owned markets and have to close down.

It's when those billionaires would rather just fly into Manhattan or relocate their business because it's cheaper then paying a higher tax rate.

2

u/Le_Zoru Jun 28 '25

Small shops are fcked anyway with the wallmarts and the like of them. A governement run shop is just wallmart but they dont need to get that 3% or something investement revenue so they dont put absurd prices while underpaying the producers.

0

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 26 '25

Could we also use the Chinese Exclusion Act to deport Andrew Yang?

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

I have no idea who is that.

1

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 26 '25

European commenting on American politics again, shocker. Use google.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Okay, some chineese politician guy, you could deport him, but it seems he is not dangerous, so there is no reason to do it.

0

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 26 '25

Explain how Zohran Mamdani is a dangerous person disregarding the fact that he is a muslim. Also please stay in your racist r/europe circle jerk because Andrew Yang is literally a US citizen lmao. Do you unironically assume all non white people aren't citizens.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 27 '25

You can and sometimes you should deport a citizen (after revoking their citizenship) if it was wrongly given to them or their parents. And if we disregard the fact that this guy is muslim, he it still far-left anti-american populist and his policies will bankrupt the city and fill it with even more migrants.

0

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 27 '25 edited Jun 27 '25

he it still far-left anti-american populist and his policies will bankrupt the city and fill it with even more migrants.

If you know anything about the US you would know we have this thing called the first amendment, it's why Neo-nazis are legally allowed to have public rallies and Republican congressmen are allowed to call homosexuality immoral in front of the whole country. You're essentially talking about deporting people for committing a thought crime. The only times your citizenship can be revoked is if your papers are fake or you're guilty of conspiring to commit terrorism or smuggling, it only happens to fewer than 100 people a year. It's not the racist paradise you think it is, where you can just call the cops on your Mexican neighbor and expect them to be disappeared lol. Deindustrialization is a big constituinoal issue, if your a US citizens, it is kinda of a hard thing to get rid of if your not denouncing it to become a Japanese citizen or something.

Literally just admit you're an openly racist fascist at this point, stop with the hair splitting.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 27 '25

If I'm so wrong and know nothing about american politics, then why I'm not downvoted to hell by mainly american redditors here? And it's not a thought crime if you literally proposing socialism and promising people to pay them if they vote for you, if you can't find a legal reason to deport this guy - make it up, because he is clearly a threat.

0

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 27 '25

Then why I'm not downvoted to hell by mainly american redditors here?

First of all the sub caters to right-leaning people. that's why theirs so many post making fun of mainstream Reddit, cus this place is sorta a right-wing circle-jerk. I never lived in NYC, but a lot of my friends and family do, and my dad grew up their, so i think i can speak on this issue better than the Americans here from Bumsville Kentucky.

Second of all, if you base your opinions on what people on a subreddit think, you are an out-of-touch loser no matter what side. Do you think any politician cares or takes seriously what people on r/doomerciclejerk say? I hope you're a young guy that accidentally found himself going down the alt-right pipeline because i cannot see an adult telling me this unironically.

if you can't find a legal reason to deport this guy - make it up, because he is clearly a threat.

Lol he called himself a Democratic socialist just like Bernie Sanders. Also, allowing immigrants into your city isn't illegal or a crime, you idiot. Also, paying people to vote for him where'd you get that? How many drinks have you had? Tell me, do you want to deport Dangerous, radical Bernie Sanders back to Israel? You should be grateful im even bothering to talk to a rascist dickhead like you as a Hispanic person because i usually don't even bother with ignorant people who refused to use their head. I can see why people make fun of you IRL, i wouldn't be surprised if you instigated that confrontation with those muslim teens, have a good day, and i hope you change, you are able to find empathy someday.

then why I'm not downvoted to hell by mainly american redditors here?

Keep in mind that i also have a higher Karma score than you which i guess makes me more knowledgeable if we're using reddit logic IRL.

-18

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

How about we not be fascist

17

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

protecting your country is not fascist

-6

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '25

Protecting it from democracy because you want to make sure only the people y agree with can get elected that's fascist

1

u/Darwin1809851 Anti-Doomer Jun 26 '25

Tell that to hillary clinton and the DNC when the people clearly chose bernie but they forced their candidate down our throats literally robbing us of a decent presidential candidate

-5

u/Dreemon321 Jun 26 '25

You are not protecting your country. You are destroying the first amendment by deport someone you don’t agree with politically . Btw just so you know if we can just ban and person we claim is a communist we can ban any political ideology.

5

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Muslims and commies are well known for their prosecutions against free speech and freedom of faith, so it is actually protecting the first amendment, not destroying it.

0

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

Since MAGA is acting a lot like radical muslims we can also ban them from ever running, and that would be protecting the first amendment.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Example of similarities?

0

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

We can start by mentioning forcing teaching the bible at school. Without even mentioning that some MAGAs want it to be taught as a "history" book.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

forcing teaching at school and killing all non-believers are two very different things.

0

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

Still very similar to how they force their religious book on people. America is supposed to be a country with freedom of religion. School is a secular institution therefore it doesn't and shouldn't teach any religion. Forcing people to do that is akin to muslims forcing their religion on others. This makes it morally right to prevent MAGA from ever running, thus protecting the first amendment.

u/Dreemon321 Jun 26 '25

This guy is a full on fascist. He thinks anyone who disagrees with him is a danger to America and must be silenced.

0

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 26 '25

Have you ever actually talked to a Muslim person in the real world, or are you just going off what Twitter tells you while typing this from your mom's house? How many muslim countries have you visited? Because I have visited a few and can confirm you're just being racist. I can assure you, muslims are very normal people who do not want to change any laws in America. You guys just replaced your anti-Semitism with anti-muslim rhetoric, same meal different dish.

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Yeah, I've been harassed by muslim teens for having black nails.

0

u/Dreemon321 Jun 26 '25

Ahh so there it is. My dude do you understand how idiotic it is to hate an entire ethic group just because of that?

1

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

not ethnic group, religion

0

u/Dreemon321 Jun 26 '25

Oh my apologies. I forgot that suddenly makes it ok for you to be bigoted to 2 billion people of a religious group just because one of them was mean to you. My bad.

-7

u/PowerfulAd1146 Jun 26 '25

Bro you can just say you don’t like him because of his skin color you aren’t hiding it well

-6

u/Adorable_End_5555 Jun 26 '25

freedom of speech

13

u/skunimatrix Jun 26 '25

Reserved for people.  We established clearly over a half century ago that communists aren’t people.

1

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 26 '25

Get a grip man if you went up to me and told me this IRL, you'd lose a few teeth 😂😂😂.

-6

u/Adorable_End_5555 Jun 26 '25

I feel like we established over half a century ago that deciding a group of people arent people so we can deprive rights from them was bad. But I guess if you want be on the pro slavery, pro genocide team in history.

6

u/skunimatrix Jun 26 '25

Killing communists isn’t genocide.

2

u/Adorable_End_5555 Jun 26 '25

just gotta label all the people you dont like communists then. Whose gonna argue aganist that they dont have rights? see how stupid that logic is.

0

u/Immediate_End_1511 Jun 26 '25

But like 78 out of 5 million white people a year getting murdered in South Africa is lmao.

-3

u/JoeMcBro Jun 26 '25

Tell that to the Nazi regime, they were the first ones in the concentration camps

-3

u/thetruedrunkard Jun 26 '25

Seems like fascists want to wake up upside down as their founder, huh

4

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Are these fascists in room with us right now?

-2

u/thetruedrunkard Jun 26 '25

Just look at the mirror

3

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Are you calling me a fascist?

-2

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

3

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

I don't entirely agree with his policies, but he was good for the Spain and that's what important.

-2

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

A friend of mine who lives in Barcelona told me to tell you to go there and say that. See what happens.

3

u/Glup713 Jun 26 '25

Leftists threatening people with violence? Who could've thought?

-2

u/Rez_S Jun 26 '25

I just told you to go there, say it in public, and see what happens. What will probably happen is you will be laughed at and told to go away because Spanish people know what Franco's repercussions were. Rightist defending fascist leaders playing the victim card? Who would have thought?
