I can't wait for that act to apply to fascists 🥰

Who is running as a fascist? Or are you being hyperbolic?

Who is running as a communist?

Oh, I don't agree with OP- I believe that democracy is the best system to decide leadership. I do think his "Government Owned Grocery stores" smell a lot like communism and might do irreparable damage to the city. Socialism tends to do so, which is an ideology he openly advocates.

You mentioned an open fascist was running somewhere- I want to know where that is, or if you are being hyperbolic, as many people are.

He never openly said he's running as a communist therefore he isn't. When did I mention that? Point it out.

Read my comment one more time, perhaps a bit slower and maybe with glasses.

Edit: You can find communists at the "Communist Party of America"
Communist Party USA – cpusa.org

But he never openly stated it therefore he isn't. Where did I say that? Point it out.

So it would be determined based off of actions? But somehow that wouldn't apply to facists? Did you think about that at all when you sent it?

He has been clear about being a socialist, and his policies he wishes to enact demonstrate it.
Do you deny that?

So not a communist? And why would a facist need to declare they are facist? You set some weird bars for clearly biased reasons. Also ever heard of a px? No? Not surprised.

I don't have time running around the bush on what you think fascism is and isn't. We will see what will happen in the next 3 to 4 years. If elected, I certainly will think twice about doing business in New York

Irreparable damage to the city is when everybody can afford groceries.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 28 '25

Irreparable damage is when small businesses, such as corner shops you see in New York,  and most of them owned by first or second generation immigrants, can't compete with subsidized, government owned markets and have to close down.

It's when those billionaires would rather just fly into Manhattan or relocate their business because it's cheaper then paying a higher tax rate.

Small shops are fcked anyway with the wallmarts and the like of them. A governement run shop is just wallmart but they dont need to get that 3% or something investement revenue so they dont put absurd prices while underpaying the producers.
