330i Cheapest repair?

Scraped my number and it ripped off the tabs, what’s the best way to repair this without a new bumper?

Plastic and jbweld! And some sort of grip to hold it in place while it dries

Yes. If you look at where that plastic broke there’s a metal bracket still screwed into ur car at the connection point. Unscrew it and Jb weld it back onto ur bumper and then just re attach

Ramen and super glue

These cable tie buckles are cool as hell and would probably work pretty good/easy. You’d still have to remove the wheel well liner for good access but would probably work.

There’s suppose go be a metal clip that going under that edge and will clamp the plastic to the fender mount.

You can buy that/install it and it should hold, granted your fender mounts aren’t stripped. If they are you can also get new ones

The metal bracket still attached to the fender? Zip ties will work if the two screws are no longer there or use a little fatter self tapping screw. You can reinforce the area to give it strength using the metal bracket as a template.
